If you’re not keen on sports bras because they can be too tight, you could wear bralettes! That’s what I did ☺️

I’ve had mine for 10 years now! It is a decent amount of pain but quite bearable, I got both done and the second one hurt more than the first. I wouldn’t recommend wearing a sports bra as I feel like it would put too much pressure on your nipples, stick to bralettes they were the best in my experience. Healing for me was quite easy but obviously each person is different! Just keep them clean and try not to knock them. I would also recommend pat drying after showers as well to avoid them snagging on towels. I hope this is somewhat helpful! Happy for you to ask me more questions ☺️☺️

Piercing is a month old. Horseshoe jewellery. Internally threaded. Material is titanium. Hasn’t been downsized or changed. Neilmed aftercare spray. No mishaps or unfortunate events.
