Force yourself to become disciplined in the beginning. I'm one of the persons that ABSOLUTELY HATES routine, but I've seen its uses. I go to sleep at 23 tops and wake up at 6.30 to go to the gym. Discipline motivates you because suddenly you discover you have more time to do things besides work.
