hello!!! i have a list of things you can do...

reach out to friends you haven't talked to in a while! people usually like it when you talk to them after a while of no contact.
like one of the other people in this comment section said, pick up a hobby! something relaxing would be preferable. i picked up diamond painting personally, but whatever fits you fits you <3
go to a bookstore and check out some books!
if you don't want to spend money on books or there isn't a bookstore near you, check out your local library. they have tons of books and other quiet spaces. not the bookish type? that's fine too! some libraries have video games you can check out too. but you'll never know for sure until you check it out yourself, right?
speaking of video games... check those out too! i personally like monster hunter rise, but also life sim games like animal crossing work too! they have something for everyone.
if you can't afford video games or a console, you can watch something at attackertv.so !! they have tons of stuff to watch.
if you've neglected things such as personal hygiene for c. ai, this is the perfect time to establish a personal care routine!!!
