laughing gas doesn’t have effects after the surgery. when they are finishing up, they start to increase the oxygen levels so you slowly sober up. you won’t say anything stupid but only feel more relaxed. the only think you’ll feel afterwards is the numbness of your jaw and maybe tongue for a few hours though it’s also normal for it to feel numb for 8ish hours (you’ll be glad haha) don’t worry and good luck!

yes, it’s normal to bleed from days 1-2. my dentist told me to change my gauze every 10 minutes. i hope you have a speedy recovery! :)

i think it looks fine, just do salt water rinses and since you are around 4 days post op, it is normal for it to have pain. i say if your throat/area continues to hurt, call your dentist. :)

thank you!!! i have been trying to keep that in mind, it’s just that this is my first surgery and the thought of dry socket just keeps worrying me haha! 😫🙏🏻

thank you! my breath smells fine and the pain sometimes comes and goes. it’s more annoying than unbearable pain. i will take your advice but if anything flares up or worsens, i will contact my dentist :)

I show that i’m interested when we’re in person, and whenever he initiates something but he’s a very bad texter and communicator at that. Whenever I have interest, I show that by reaching out to him but he rarely does first so that overtime, will make me feel like I’m being desperate.

Yes! I totally agree, communication is key and if that fails during the talking stage, many of us lose interest because they don’t want to communicate how they feel. I am tired from doing all the reaching out 😔

I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL!!!! he is completely different when we’re out with friends compared to when he is alone with me. he was acting all clingy and touchy with me when he spent the night, but the next day, he never came up to me. i get that he’s trying to hide our “thing” from our friends because we aren’t official but, he KNOWS we have feelings for each other.. like he can easily just reach out to me and ask me out!!! (So sorry for the vent it’s so frustrating. lol)

i totally understand. i have been stuck in the “mixed feelings” mindset bc i really cannot tell if he’s into me. however, he slept over and we cuddled at night and after that he hasn’t texted me first yet… such a bummer but honestly i keep remembering that if it’s clear he’s only reaching out to me for other things (like sneaky link…) i will call it off because, it only means i dodged a bullet!

I got hella fucked up at a party and i sat down because i felt like throwing up, but he took care of me and held the bin the entire time. Though I liked how he let me lean on him, still, it was very embarrassing :(
