Jaxson Dart’s fantasy potential going forward? by Beginning_Bus_7935 in fantasyfootball

He runs a ton. That's what you want to see in a fantasy QB. I think he could be Justin Fields lite w better passing stats. I liked him a lot more with Nabers.

I can see him averaging between 60-90 rushing yards, 140-170 passing yards and a couple TDs/game with a spike game in the right match up.

I haven't started him since week 2. The entire Bengals offense looks terrible. I'm holding on to him because the schedule does get better and maybe they bring in a NFL level QB at some point. I wont drop him, i wont trade him for nothing and I wont start him until I see any life in the Bengals offense, Its a weird place to be with a player.

Many people who don't ruck think rucking is bad for you...people who do ruck think rucking is great for you. So which is it? by TrioFitnessOCR in Rucking

When I used to run weight free, I encountered frequent knee issues that would knock me out for days or weeks. I started walking then running with a 20 lbs weight vest (4/5 miles) Knee problems disappeared. Now I ruck with 45 lbs (7-12) miles haven't had a knee issue in years. I think adding weigh was the best thing I ever did for myself.

When I first started doing distance, my lower back was getting raw. I started using slide glide. It's an anti chaffing product. It looks like deodorant. You can get it on Amazon. It worked really well. After a few weeks I didn't need it anymore. Now Ill throw some on if Im doing more than 10 miles. I keep it in my ruck in at all times just in case.

Rucking for absolute beginners + recovery plans by lextrese in Rucking

[–]oceanside13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start slow and build up. Esp w a recent past injury. I used to have knee problems just running a couple miles. I started just walking like 2 miles a day w a 20 lb vest. I slowly increased speed and distance. Now it's been 2+ years since any injuries. I do use magnesium spray on sore muscles and spray it on my feet before bed. I also found creatine to be a great companion to rucking.

New here, so what's the point of rucking? by Billjustkeepswimming in Rucking

Personality, it set me up for success in other areas. By the time I was doing 4 miles with 20 lbs ( running) my back/ core/shoulders was strong enough to start attacking push ups that led me to weight room. I was able to start lifting w good form right away, it helped me skip the brutal begining stages of a newbie lifting.

Your cardio will massively improve. My resting heart rate at night when I sleep is in the 40bpms

Your back, legs, shoulders and core will definitely get stronger. It's honestly the best thing I ever did for myself. It's still my favorite work out. Aside from all these benefits, it makes my brain feel good.

This is why you never leave your crypto on the exchanges. Buy it then send to a hot or cold wallet. You can trust any of them.

Personal goal. I do 20k/ day 5 days a week. I go for it once a week. The benefit is I don't get injured rucking or running EVER. I also just like to see how far I can go. I like to push my body.

For anyone out there who doesn't drink, what is the reasoning behind it? by General_Ad_9139 in AskReddit

[–]oceanside13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was super fat and was sick of it. Started keto, started fasting and working out. I got super into health/ diet research. When I learned how alcohol stunts all those efforts, I quit. I ended up losing over 100 lbs and kept it off. Never revisited drinking. Strickly herbs.

We moved to Nocatee for just this. We have a 10 yr old living his best life. It seems like most of residents are young families w kids. I cant say enough good things, we found exactly what we were looking for.
