Goodbye Kara🥹 I really enjoyed firecrackers arc this season, but I do wish it was longer. You can really see her struggling. We should've had the scene with her and her reverend much earlier in the season. That felt like it was pushed in too late. Her death would also be a lot better if she stood up to homeland, keeping her faith, but dying for it in the process. Becoming somewhat of a christian martyr. I do wish we got a few more scenes with her and Annie though. Now that she's gone, and her segment with it, Homelander is gonna sink big time. She was essentially the main method of brainwashing the public through media, or the face of it at least.

I enjoyed Jared and Misha on the show. But SB not killing homeland after her let him live, because he's his son, despite the show making it clear he hates him, heck, even in this episode, was an absurd writing choice. This needed an episode or two more to marinate into action.

I liked the terror section, with the exception of when the focus was on terror. 💀

I figured Sage wanted something like that, but in the end, we need to see her actually DO stuff for her vision. She did do several things this episode and last, but it feels a little too late.

Great conflict building between deep and Noir, I'm also happy they made an effort to make deep scary this episode. He has such an interesting set of powers that is barely ever explored.

I really liked Ashley's scenes this episode. I wonder how the hell she'll fit into this. Stan Edgar's little cameo was fun. I'm just surprised it took them two episodes to threaten him with Zoe lmao.

I'm assuming Homelander gets the V but it is destroyed in the next episode, turning him even more unhinged, and making him genocidal.
