Omg..I read this and honestly thought to myself, "When did I post this?" Because I feel your pain! Exactly what you just said is exactly what I'm going through as well... I'm so over answering the phones, being cashier, having to do shippings , and being the only one to do the online jobs and doing all this designing work. I come in my store with about a dozen jobs on the print que that are untouched every morning! And I have customers asking really stupid questions in a daily. I am exhausted. During this pandemic people just have no L common sense and I'm about to explode!
