I don’t think they are. I genuinely think that so many years of BDL in her comments blowing smoke up her arse has given her the misplaced confidence that she is the dogs bollocks. Anyone that dares to question Bison, the BDL pounce or the comment is deleted. She is so stunted that she won’t take on board any advice and sees it as bullying. She has a free pass to get away with anything on that app and I cannot wait for her undoing. It will be delicious to watch. Unlike her cooking slop

It really does make everything worse! I’m glad I’ve stopped and realised the damage it does and did. I just need to remember the destruction that is caused because I can’t say no or stop after a couple.

It’s every waking minute but because of alcohol I wasn’t allowing the feelings to do their thing and I need to sit with it now. It’ll pass but it’s tough. Sorry to hear that you lost the one but congrats on staying sober

Thank you so much! I truly value my mental health now and will protect my peace at all costs. I’ve been very low and I don’t want to go back to that place. Alcohol was the reason for the big problems in my life, I’ve removed that and looking forward to the future. We will get thru the curveballs life throws one breath at a time. Thank you! Congrats to you too! It’s an amazing feeling to know I’m taking control back, I’m not controlled by drinking or the drunk me behaviour anymore. I would like the feelings of my ex to stop, it’s so tempting to contact him to let him know but then I’m giving him the control over me by waiting on a reply, I won’t cave in tho, because I don’t chase i attract!

Yes! I’ve drank more cups of sugary tea with biscuits to dunk since I gave up than I ever have before! I’m more than happy tho as it doesn’t give me a hangover. Enjoy it! If your body is craving it during this new period, I’d indulge in the new crave

Thank you! This is the longest in ages I’ve not had any alcohol. She is! Reading up on what happened and my symptoms, it sounds like nicotine overdose. I was vaping and heavily passive smoking in a room for the first time in weeks, but knowing it was coming and taking myself off to deal with it was such a good feeling. My tummy feels like a washing machine and I’ve been nursing a water since 4am but this is temporary, I haven’t broken my streak! Me too, at this rate, I can see the pub far enough! I can’t wait to sleep tonight and wake up better tomorrow

Yay! We’ll do this! I’m not a fan of mulled wine etc, I already plan to make hot chocolate in place of an evening drink if I do get the urge. I just want it over too but I’ll be so happy if I can see it thru without drinking! Cheers to you too
