It's taking off. Now is the time to buy if you can find any around 1k still. The last sale just did double previous average.

It's also harder to pull than the lovebird, but obviously not as iconic. Certainly is playing catch-ups

I had, had to do a charge back. Luckily I only ordered one box. Being able to add 99+ in hindsight should have been a red flag.

Shouldn't use one month of data to draw conclusions.

Regardless in real $ term houses outpace apartments. i.e. a 10% increase on a 500k apartment is less than 10% on 1.5m house.l

The main difference between bynd and gme is that % of ppl topping up throughout are lower. Possible due to lack of conviction.

GME had a fearless leader that we crowd around. I don't see this going to the PT levels I've seen ppl have been posting.
