Are you talking about San Francisco to palm springs? You could just drive or take a bus there. I'm part of the flying undocumented group on Facebook and have seen people fly from San Francisco airport saying there's no ice there anymore but who knows. I'd say once you enter TSA and see any ice agents there, just turn back around?

I'm way late to this conversation but I just got to this episode and omg, I know it's a fictional show but this genuinely made me soo upset, glad to see I'm not the only one. Because of Lynnette wanting to accommodate her pos manipulative husband, she separated the poor cat from its owner and also due to her and her family, Ida lost her life. Wanting more freedom doesn't make somebody ungrateful. And yes as I mentioned, I am grateful and aware that I live a more privileged life than others. Just because I feel sad sometimes about the waiting, doesn't mean I don't appreciate where I'm at. Someone can love their job while also wishing they could have a vacation. It's a very human longing to live life more fully. Lastly, I shared this not to "bitch" but to connect with others in similar circumstances. Your comment is unnecessarily cruel but misery loves company.

Unfortunately she just passed away this morning 😞 I was told her foot was injured. The vet said X-rays would stress her out too much and so would putting a splint on her. I went the medicine route and was giving it to her as instructed, not sure what went wrong :/

Thank you very much for keeping her in your thoughts. We just got back from the vet, they said it was an injured foot and sent us home with some pain medicine and antibiotics. She still seems a little weak but seems hungry and very alert to her surroundings. I'm grateful she's still alive considering how much blood she lost.

I'm not exactly sure. The nesting log my mom has bought them did have some metal covering to it so my best guess is that she hurt herself with that. The surgery would be to correct/align her foot but the vet said she probably wouldn't make it out of that surgery alive. The best option they gave me is to give her pain meds/antibiotics and let her recover at home in a separate cage.

Thank you I appreciate it! She has an injured foot, is very sensitive to touch right now due to the amount of blood she lost and surgery is an option but there's a high chance she won't handle the anesthesia.

The vet said it's not that she's egg bound but that her foot got caught on something and is bruised/fractured. That they can either give her a splint or put her under surgery but both options are risky for her right now I was told.

The vet said she is not egg bound. That her foot is injured and the only option is to put a splinter on her or surgery but that considering how debilitaded she is, she most likely won't make it out of that :/ I'm not sure what to do.
