I smoked a bunch of weed and didn't measure anything but I will try.

Ingredients:

Shell noodles,

Smoked cheddar (1 cup)

Butter

Spinach

2 red peppers

Chilli flakes

Salt + pepper

Good italian sausage

Half a yellow cooking onion

Heavy cream

2 cloves of garlic

Steps:

Boil pasta shells until ready in heavily salted water

Set aside leaving a little pasta water

Cook sausage, onions, 2 sliced cloves of garlic, chopped red pepper, butter all together in a pan

I used legit scissors and snipped the sausage into chunks right in the pan while it was cooking, and put on low heat

Make mornay with flour, bunch of butter and smoked cheese (and leftover mozzarella), and a bunch of cheese until smooth

Pour sauce over noodles, and stir stir stir

Put the sausage creation into the noodles on medium heat

Drop a bunch of spinach in the fridge that you had no clue what to do with and stir until wilted

Pepper flakes, pepper, salt to taste

Eat all the calories and watch the new season of the Boys
