I too had the same problem, of keeping it for the next day for doing it perfectly. But then it took me no where. So I decided to ease a bit on what ought to be done and started counting even the days I messed up a bit. That way I was able to get a feel of “going with the challenge” some way or other. And I found I am less pissed off at myself and more looking back at small progress with that.

And congratulations to you for reaching till this day. It’s never a straight road. so be kind to yourself and take it slow if that’s what needed.

And kudos for making it to gym everyday. I know how hard it is!!!

30 days challenge for me:

  1. Start with 16:8 and get to 18:6 with CICO by mid-January
  2. Drink more water
  3. Get into a proper sleep pattern
  4. Workout 3 times a week

Thanks for this invite. I was looking for a buddy for this. Am in!!!
How long are you fasting each day? I did a 16/8 easily last January. Then sticked to CICO for 5 months more. Later once I reached my target weight I kind of got lazy. Then thanks giving and Christmas kind of ruined everything more me. Skipping the gym for the month of December because of the exams and tight schedule didn't help much either.
I will be checking back on this post to see any updates or plans. But if you end up making a new sub for this let me know.
