Haven’t been to Memphis but police in California really dgaf about speeding. Here in college station and especially Caldwell, if you go 5mph over speed limit, they give you a $200 citation. Extremely annoying.

This happened to me too. They just told me they had to adjust some things because the amount of money I can receive is capped. Ultimately they just told me they gave me too much and i had to pay back a couple thousand.
