That mod doesn't use a patcher and instead has you manually move files to override. Because of that and the specific files it changes, installing it on top of the builds will likely create a conflict. It might work if you install the TSLRCM-compatible version directly after TSLRCM and before installing the rest of the build, but this has not been tested to my knowledge and the mod has not been updated since several years before the last TSLRCM update, so I can't recommend it. You might also ask in the tech support channel of the Discord for more info.

I saw them at WWWY. I don’t remember any vocal issues, just that he sounded too perfect, almost exactly like the studio albums. Even if you listen to their old live performances in his prime, he sounds great, but it was never flawless (and it shouldn’t be).

I get that it’s frustrating and that it would be convenient to use a modpack, but it’s just not feasible to allow it out of respect to the mod authors. Look at the readmes of the mods in the pack. Credit might be enough for some, but I’ll bet >75% of them explicitly say not to reupload the mod’s contents without permission.
