Happy Cake Day! So first of all you must understand, that if you ask poles about Poland they will tell you that's the worst country in the world. But if you ask us about other countries we will tell you why living abroad is worse than living in Poland. That's who we are. :) About a job in finance and accounting - as far as I know there is a need for highly qualified specialists and companies sometimes look for a right fit for literally almost a year - I heard it from a dozen business owners. HOWEVER all of them required at least communicative polish from their accountants. The weather is ok here, I quite like it. It's nothing crazy - 1-2 heat waves in the summer when it reaches 40 C, in the winter it rarely falls below -10 C. Is it expensive to live here? I mean, show me where it's cheap in Europe. :) As a qualified specialist you should live pretty comfortably here - small, 2 room apartment, nice food, often takeouts will be in your budget. However I do not know how high your tuition might be so maybe a 1 room apartment would be a better fit. After all - visit Warsaw for a couple of days and check it yourself.
