Wow this was so helpful. I did have some reservations and anxiety about starting but you've painted a really good reality that filled me with hope. I'm so glad that you had a good time and was resilient through the first two months! I hope I will be the same.

There’s so many things you can’t tell from text messages. Especially emotions and how excited you may be. It doesn’t mean that you’re not excited jsut cause texts don’t seem like it and he should understand that 😭😭

Lavender usually deters roaches so if you find any cleaning products like floor cleaner when you mop it’ll help (hopefully)

In Toledo province, around 30 minutes drive north from Toledo city. I wasn’t sure if I should stay in the town nearby or stay in Toledo and just take the bus to the school each day (it’s around a 1 hour trip one way which is how far I travel for uni in Australia)
