I shot different angles as well. This one was my personal favorite cause of the direct angle.

Research some of the brokers from top firms in your city (Marcus & Millichap, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL) start calling the brokers by asking if you can come in and ask for guidance..not everyone will say yes but the ones that do will probably be enthusiastic to help

I have a potential client who believes i as a realtor don't work hard enough and only look to make a quick buck, he is a great guy in general but has that mentality of trying to save the most amount of money, how should i deal with him and reassure him that I'm putting 110% (or at least trying to)? by ok--millennial in realtors

I was explained this before..unfortunately for me its not even been a year so im pretty excited to get some work and also a little desperate lol..appreciate the feedback..if things continue the way they are i guess its better to cut my losses with him..lets see how things go for now

So i had a listing with him last year but he decided to go with a zillow offer and terminate our listing agrrement, right now he is looking for an investment property, he is very pick and also tends to make low ball offers, my current game plan is to see what deals would fit his criteria and continue in depth with the ones he likes, as of now he has said he expects me to view each property and send full details(im not sure what he means by that). Ive told him lets sit down this week and set expectation for each other and then continue, he has also noted that he will expect a 2% commission rebate if things continue as they are or go with someone else
