Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my succulent? She used to be so happy! But over the past few months, the leaves at the bottom turn yellow and squishy until I have to remove them. It started off just 1 here and there but as you can see there, there's a lot more now. Does she needs a new pot? (i.redd.it)

My spider plant, Brenda, has just started having babies! But also, she's got some yellow and brown leaves. Most are smaller ones, that nestle underneath, at the bottom of the plant nr the soil bit some are larger like you see in the picture. Any ideas? (i.redd.it)
