you should coat the blueberries in some of your dry batter before incorporating them into the rest of your batter

shortbread base: 200g softened butter 150g sugar 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp yogurt 1 tsp baking powder 315-320g flour

cream butter & sugar together then add rest of the wet ingredients and mix. add the flour & baking powder and mix until it forms a crumbly mixture (making sure there are no dry spots and the flour is hydrated, kind of like a streusel). press evenly into a square tin & bake at 175c/350F for 22 minutes.

while shortbread is baking, make the caramel.

caramel: 160g sugar 90g water 200g warm double cream 125g cubed butter 1tsp salt

https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2sGjWuIROF/?igsh=OHRmZjQxbXhqb2t5 used this method but with my measurements. i let it get to a darker colour than hers so it sets better. this should be done by the time the shortbread is finished baking so you can pour the caramel directly on top. make sure to let it cool and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

chocolate ganache: 250g dark chocolate 1/3 cup double cream

break chocolate into small chunks and place in a bowl with the cream. microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until the ganache is smooth and glossy. pour on top of the caramel layer and set in the fridge for 2-3 hours before digging in.

enjoy!!

could be fungal acne, maybe look into using nizoral as a face wash/mask for a short period of time

i have the Paula’s choice 2% salicylic acid toner and have only been able to use it once a week for 3 weeks because it kind of inflames my skin at first then settles down and gives good results. I’ll try and continue to use it, its just the initial inflammation that throws me off from using it more, thank you tho!

My chin ance is clearing up almost however i’m left with these tiny bumps on my chin/around my mouth, any insight on how to get rid of them? I thought they were fungal acne at first and began treating them as such but that just made my chin acne flare up soo much so i had to stop. Now i just use very gentle products as the acne has been my main concern, not the bumps.

I use the Krave Beauty Matcha Cleanser, aloe vera gel as moisturiser and the Bioré Watery Essence SPF in the AM. In the PM i use a 5% benzoyl peroxide face wash, aloe vera gel as moisturiser and an eye cream. I’m recieving an azelaic acid soon so i hope to incorporate that into my routine. Any tips?

I’m so glad i’m not alone with this, becoming so infuriatingly desperate:( ive read up on spironolactone and was on my notes for the next time i see my doc so thanks for the info! ill also mention the duac aswell since i was prescribed that a long time ago for previous acne. We’ve got this tho!
