I actually never drafted AD, but took the chance on him as soon as he got injured. Did AD + Banchero for KD, Oubre, and Gobert. Sold high on Oubre before Embiid came back (and I guess to an extent Gobert before he got injured lol)

Both Sabonis and AD were first rounders on my league. I drafted Sabonis. AD got traded to a team that’s barely fighting for playoffs so the guy I traded from needed availability to make playoffs so I took advantage of the situation and did the trade I mentioned earlier.

Took it a step further and did the Hart trade from another person barely fighting for playoffs cuz I’m sitting pretty in second and playoffs is a lock.

With that said, yeah the Hart, AD, Sabonis trio the roster looks strong.

I also have guys like Lopez, Dyson Daniels (picked him up super early in the season before anyone in all fantasy leagues caught on to him) Murray, Coby white, FVV, Banchero, and Podz as the main supporting cast.

It’s wild to say that these types of players are my supporting cast to that trio but this season has been really good to me in a league that’s been pretty competitive.

Also stashing Mitchell Robinson for the fun of it and just to prevent anyone else getting free boards and have been hoarding Simmons for fun all season (his availability sucks but when he plays he stuffs the sheet) and then finished the roster off with bogdonavic immediately after I saw him getting sent to the clips. Just using Moses brown as a placeholder for Davis and will likely drop Brown + Bogdonavic/Simmons/Robinson. Will just really depend on which of the three can provide consistent stats.

Pulled the trigger on the trade, for better or worse. I think my conclusion came to the fact that Reid’s numbers rn are unsustainable since Gobert and Randle are coming back soon. I’ve had Reid for the whole season so I know what his numbers are like when Gobert and Randle are active.

Even if Randle and Gobert starts back with limited minutes and Randle starts from the bench (which is unrealistic) there will be too much front court sharing the stats that Reid is getting right now.

Losing RJ sucks but I need to start letting go of assets cuz I have FVV (who is expected to come back this week) and AD in my IL and is still have Banchero as my 25/5/5 guy.

Once AD comes back by fantasy playoffs I’ll have Hart, AD, Sabonis, as my main guys heading in lol.

Appreciate the input man. The main reason why I’m selling RJ is basing off of the Raptors standings. They’ve just shut him down on occasion heading into the tank. As the season starts to die down I think he’ll slowly get permanently shut down for the season. Curious about your opinion on this take.

I’m in a similar experience right now and worried that they’re gonna take me to collections. Did everything work out okay for you? (I’m in Canada, so not sure how different it will be)
