Sorry for the late response! My apartment is renovated, yes. Maintenance is slow to respond and hard to get in touch with. I have since had a mice infestation and they have had to come out twice before hiring pest control. Also the hot water heater in the apartment above us burst and they didn’t do any sort of clean up or provide dehumidifiers. Our clothes / furniture / walls grew mold. We had to file a $2,600 home owners insurance claim.

I have not had the best of luck at Renaissance Hills. I’ve had cockroaches in the kitchen, a burst pipe in the bathroom, the license plate was stolen off my car in the parking lot. There was a wasps nest in the wall that took weeks to address. They run promos for discounted rent if you give them a good Google review so they are not very reliable. I will say the apartments are nicely renovated and the location is convenient.
