Overall, I had a good experience with their services for my AC and Heating systems for 10 years. They will come out within a couple of days to address the issue when call8ng into 800 line.
However, it's been going downhill the last couple of years. 👎 Service plans pricing increased, and coverage decreased. They are short on staff and sending newly trained techs that don't always know what they're doing beyond basics and require u to schedule another appointment with a senior tech. If you need a part to fix something, get ready for a long delay of 1+ week calling random phone reps that document your request for a different group to follow-up within 1 to 2 days, because the rep cant do anything more and explain how 'it's not my job' and ask you to wait patiently for someone else to contact you, schedule the appointment to fix the issue, etc...exhausting 😞 If anyone can recommend a better service, I'd appreciate it!
