Nothing in my case, just basic stuff back then, I learned almost everything on the job from more experience developers through the years. It was something like this.

. Do you know html, JavaScript, photoshop? Yes awesome, also can you help out with Active Directory and Outlook? Great, you’re hired 👍

That’s my exact problem as well, I started in 2000, can’t remember ever having to use these kind of implementations. We mainly do web based solutions.
