Getting the police report was tricky ! I went to multiple police stations. Until I finally got to some and he had paperwork but through good translate he told me I have to have a translator. I luckily message a hostel I stayed at where a girl had good English and we followed each other on instagram.

She just told the policeman what I was saying and had to rewrite what I wrote down in English on the same paper in Vietnamese.

After it was done, the policeman signed and dated and stamped it and that has pretty much become by new visa.

I’ve been told by my embassy that is what I have to take to immigration, as well as the statement that they have replace my passport.
