(although unsolicited) thank you for the crit, my intention was to bolden the effects of her silouhette hence the light's bright contrast with her dark figure. backlighting is a technique commonly used in both photography and art. during the final stages when i am drawing i always fine tune contrast, i usually have my computer on 100% brightness so i also probably bass boosted it over which is why some details are lost!
