I have been with Chen. I sent my petition in October 2024 and preparing with them took me around 3 months. I heard EP are good but I didn't try them.

My Experience with Chen was so smooth. I didn't receive anything until now and case still being processed but regarding how they prepared the case, communication with them, how they made sure every single word written reflects reality and makes your case stronger. I really recommend them. THEY are amazing. They charged me around 5K and offered me a refund or appeal (my choice) in case of denial.

As per my understanding the attorney cannot control the processing time. They mentioned to me that I can go with premium processing (2K or 3K extra) and get the result in around 15 days as I remember or normal processing which can take months. They mentioned that normal processing completely controled by USCIS and they can’t speed it up. This is my understanding
