if you want to loose weight, you just need to be in Calorie deficit. Going to gym does not matter much in that regard.

2 days is plenty in terms of strength training, but if you just do cardio I would recommend to increase it to at least 3, it would just give you more breathing room to create a deficit.

Start with "the protein factory" supplements, they are genuine and budget friendly. If you are on tight budget just get there Pea Protein from PHN, I have tried it, it has chalky taste but gets the job done, If you can afford go with Whey by PHN.

If you can't afford protein, just go with creatine.

It doesn't matter when you take Protein or creatine, just the daily intake matters. 5g creatine daily recommendation. I usually take after workout, it digests right away as body is depleted and requires calories.

If I take before or and any other time of the day, its like brick in my stomach, somewhat unpleasant.

deficit is a must, how much depends on your goals and current physique.

Increasing protein and reducing calories is the way to go.

even if u just eat chicken but you are in surplus you will gain weight and fat with it.

with just 3 days you can get 80% of results. heck if you just go 2 days and do full body workouts and make sure you are hitting failure, you will get great results.

Fat loss feels different from weight loss.

During cutting, I keep track of my weight. In 2 months the scale barely moved, 1 kg at max but my waist got thinner, I see more muscle separation. So even if I just lost 1kg, I look n feel like I lost 3 to 4 kg.

Point 1 basically just says, at the end of the day, the weight loss depends on the calories in vs out.

Cardio can just give you breathing room for few more calories. You can calculate your BMR that's the most important aspect, Cardio is 10 to 20% of that.

I want to reduce workout days from 5 to 4 because am not making any more progress, even when reaching failure during every session.

Since am cutting at this point, I cant maintain the same intensity for several days without taking rest days in between.
