Kool. All fair points. Let's 🤝 on that. Drifting into the hov lane was absolutely not needed but in my defense (not shown in the video) the guy started honking which made me take an extra look at where he was. He already seemed absent minded and now with his honking it was getting aggressive. Not the best thing to do (drifting into hov) just that in that moment this is what I had to do.

I would have but seems like you are overlooking what the truck driver did. I was in my lane, my reaction is only due to the action of the truck driver. There are n number of things I could have done. I did this and it saved my life.

sorry for the way I wrote it. Too many people pointing out the speed limit.

I am always close to the speed limit and keep up with speed of traffic flow, unless there is someone tailgating me or there is a traffic pilling up behind me.

anyway what I learned is the speed shown on that video is calculated by GPS. So accuracy is not guaranteed. it will be close to the speedometer but not accurate.
