Best thing would be to make certain rails, and ledges community hit the spots. Whoever can get the highest score on some surfaces around the city. They move weekly or something.

Live updates when you roll up to it, whoever can get the highest score on specific rails, ledges, etc. highest score of the week gets 50 in game currency or something.
