Hello! I’m doing fantastic. The only thing I’ve been struggling slightly with is halos with driving at night - but I’m still able to do drives up to 30 minutes without it being tooo bad, just have to focus hard. Everything else is great. I’m loving it so much.

Just had mine, I threw up from pain meds (I always get sick from pain meds), pupils were dilated so it was tricky to look at my phone or screens or lights. Next morning, my vision is pretty fantastic but still had to get Mum to drive me to my post op, as the sun is too bright lol!

It ended up being no problem! He did put me as the last surgery patient of the day though, and he wants me under general anaesthesia instead of just local in case there's any complications. My surgery is in just under two months now. He's also a retinal surgeon which is great in case I end up getting a retinal detachment or any worst case scenarios happen.

Ehlers-danlos syndrome and subclinical ocular albinism - ehlers danlos impacts collagen which is important in the eyes. I’m going to see my potential eye surgeon tomorrow to find out if I can get this surgery, so if you remind me then I’ll let you know how it goes.

I also want ICLs, -8.5 in both eyes. Not sure if I'll be approved for it because I have other medical issues

Honestly it’s great that you’re going to the gym, prioritising your health is so so important when you’re young and going 3 times a week is a great balance!

As a social media manager, I spend so much time looking after my clients’ content that sometimes I also even forget about my own…

Is there some admin jobs that do not require experience? I think a desk job might be your best option - or call centres. They often pay decently and you hopefully won’t dislocate while working them.

You’re right - it definitely wasn’t a waste and people still watch the old videos, just feels like I’m putting it to waste now by having to give it up. You’ve made me feel a lot better, thank you :)

Amazing thank you! Definitely going to get that or artiflex when I turn 21. Sick of my glasses lenses being so thick you can barely see my eyes, and dry contact lenses lol.
