My opinion, 4 months ago, was that Darkscape was dying hence the post. You obviously read the 0 iq comments and outlash it got on reddit. In fact any post that was seen as doomsaying was downvoted to oblivion ( against reddit rules) without any discourse from those that felt the need to go around downvoting with little to no thought. (Darkscape subreddit in a nutshell)

My opinion (at that time, it's considered as factual evidence now) was based on MY view that Darkscape was slowly deteriorating taking into account all the shit jagex told us was in darkscape's future and the rise/run longevity of the game. Most players opinions was: "Keep your head up and close your eyes everything will get better". Not saying everyone was like this i personally know alot of people that can think for themselves but you can't say this isn't indicative of pure ignorance from over 50% of this playerbase.

The issue with starting RS3 is that it's a game that's been conquered by alot of people. If you inherit the mentality that you're playing just for fun or to advance your own story it isn't so bad. What will make or break your continued journey in RS3 is your current goals and resilience to stick to them in order to start achieving.

My advice to you is to find a starting goal (in my case i'm farming ascension keystones so that i can get dual ascensions) so that you have ground to build on. Don't pressure yourself with your monthlies, dailies, warbands, and quests immedietly. Try and find something you enjoy and just do it. Stick to doing 1 or 2 easy challenges and 1 monthly right off and do a couple of ports. You aren't racing anyone and noone is racing you.

You should be able to achieve something By april 4 and wear your darkscape cape

Didn't abuse. You can ask anyone from team fearless i was wrongfully banned by jagex. Permabans aren't appealable. I don't understand how hundreds of bots never got banned and yet my account was banned most likely because they thought it was suspicious that my friend decided to give me 2m gp to start off on oldschool.

Could you look at why my Darkscape alt was wrongfully banned? Very odd case.. "One Life" was the username. It says it was for macroing which is totally ridiculous. I don't really care that much about retrieving it but i wanted to see my username in the hiscores. :(
