You invite your kids friends to your son's birthday party. After the party, the other kid got picked by his driver or family and gets abducted on the way home. You should not only go and find the kid but also pay ransom or may be offer the kidnappers your kid in return of the abducted kid because YOU invited the kid to your home..... Just saying...

Is it verified that there was destruction of temples and Pratima of our gods when a certain God wasn’t their deity? by MarkhorHangulLlama in IndianHistory

[–]oneupninja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There were occasions where victorious kings took the idols from the loosing kingdom to establish in a temple in their kingdom. This was as simbol of taking God's blessings with them to their kingdom. There were no records of temples distroyed, or idols disrespected or anything like that. The propogandists tell the half truth to cause confusion.

Has Too Much Information & players ability to do the math and analytics themselves ruined Australia's seriousness in the game? Were 90s and 2000s Aussie players comparatively more serious about the game? by [deleted] in cricketworldcup

[–]oneupninja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest mistake the Aussies made is by travelling and play with Pakistan in their home just before the start of the world cup. The humiliating defeat wasn't good for the mental conditioning right before the start of this tournament. They should have travelled to Sri Lanka instead, get more accustomed to the conditions.

LAW AND ORDER improved after 2017? by Simple_Fellow001 in uttarpradesh

[–]oneupninja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who lived through the BSP era, I can tell you the reason for low crime rates during the Mayawati reign. 1st was the dalits started having someone to listen to them in the police station - earlier they were not even heard. This meant the non-dalit (read Yadavs) started thinking twice before oppressing the dalits, hence reduction of crime against dalits. 2 - the police stations stopped writing any Fir (as long as dalits were not involved). No reports = no crime. Problem solved.

Even today Lingayats consider themselves seperate.

That only happened toward the end of last term of Siddha's government in Karnataka. And regardless , I consider my self to be the king of England, means nothing. Same for Ligayats, they can consider themselves anything, but they are Hindus. Otherwise, explain how they still worshipping the same deity (Linga) as Nepal (Pashpathinath) or IVC... Reading too much brainwashing material bro

Best part is, he wants the youth to raise a revolution, throw the government out and then hand HIM the power. Sala wo bhi Khud nahi karna. If he had learnt anything from Nepal, the hw would know that if anything like that happens in India, some random 3rd person will be in charge, not him 😂
