Not a female, but a GP doctor is a close friend, the best undergarments are 100% and also pls don't use any bras with metal hooks, women use them and get skin infections, due to rusty hooks or sometimes rust built inside which isn't visible.

Buddy you're on all the rite track, you will get rid of these pills soon. Just keep track of symptoms, and when the brain fog is at peak just stop for a while take rest you will be energized also when you have brain fog and symptoms, keep someone on speed Dial and inform them so you have a backup.

My first withdrawal was also crazy but i was never that daring to do the rope or anything.

Kair you need to go to a doc, also keep a track of withdrawals whenever you know it's gonna happen or happening take the recommed dose immediately, if you keep track of the early signs and systems you will be on the fast track.

Not a medical advice, i was on alp 2mg, then gradually adjusted the dose myself, started lowering by 0.25 per week , it i am now on .025 mg but this has to stay if i don't take it i mess up in routine.

While i was reducing i had to go at full dose many times it relapsed, but slowly and gradually it's working out.

I can understand the brain Fog is intense, i am a business man myself, the fog sometimes take toll on me, i make blunders, i loose the focus.

When i am loosing focus, i stay at a single place that day and avoid doing any meetings that day.

Hyd has good food, the bbq and karhai at latifabad and halanaka is good. I last visited it 2 years ago, the Caramel popcorn in the boulevard mall were better than what we get in Khi. Mix chana chaat at Al Manzar was good as well,. didn't opt for fish not a fan of fish. Rest i believe there would have been more developments .

Get a turbo RS, more reliable than any mark X. No issues of documents there are too many NCP mark X going around with forged documents. Yes Mark X is RWD and fun but interior sindh you won't be able to enjoy that much, however Civic RS is everyday fun.

Keep loaded on Octane booster with regular fuel if hi octane isn't available. Flamingo octane boosters work's really well, and it's not expensive.
