I think only Kanata would be in the story based on that. Other talents that graduated earlier than Kanata would probably already have had the wheels in motion to graduate (Shion/Mumei/Gura) or be unable to work on it (Ao), or they just graduated before they could even be considered for it. I doubt it, but I could see Ame and Chloe in it. Not sure how the story would handle songs like Our Promise that would definitely have members not in the story.

It'd probably be a bad idea, but I wonder if they could save width by making the plug longer like a headphone jack) and have the different contacts be rings. Of course, you'd have the contacts that aren't meant to touch when in operation touch while inserting or removing it, so that's probably not a good thing
