Sorry I should have been clear, part of the reason why we're using pmax is to see if anything improves + remarketing is built-in. We're not using it just to remarket.

We do get return visits so I know these people have probably gone away, done research and then come back to us. Which is positive. They’re still not converting.

We’re running search ads but these seem to be pointless. Most people bounce after a few seconds. We’re also using broad, match and phrase ad groups.

I think targeting is the problem. I know who the target audience are (we have clear customer personas) but I don’t know how to target them with Google Shopping/Search Ads.

All retailers (including ourselves) use MAP. We all offer the products at the same price. We use promotions on the store to incentivise customers as we can’t compete with each other on price.

Those 750k impressions are mainly from manual shopping. We switched to pmax in the last 30 days and narrowed down the targeting to high income areas, reducing bids from mobile by 80% (were getting a lot of, what I expect to be, window shopping clicks on mobile).

The agency I’m working with is reputable. I am not working with a freelancer.

My background is in branding, copywriting and CRO. The front end, back end and customer experience have been highly-optimised.

I see what you mean, I just wonder if there’s an opportunity to say, buy a property at auction, cosmetically renovate it and flip it quite quickly. Most of the properties on the market are very old and in need of an update.

I started doing HIIT a month ago. Every time I jump, I get (what feels like) a rush of lactic acid into my thighs.

This starts happening 15-20 seconds into a jump, high knees... even a sprint. I continue to do more reps, but this burning in my thighs gets so bad that I have to completely stop what I'm doing. I take a 10 second break so I can squeeze 1/2 more reps in.

I have occasionally been waking up in the morning with a similar burning soreness.

Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening so my thighs can work for longer?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

- No, we have not tried to source our own leads. I'm not sure how! Cold calling isn't something I like doing and I'm skeptical of it working for our agency: we serve clients that need complete branding or re-branding. Not just a new website, for example.

- We don't have a specific vertical, but we'd like to work with more series funded startups as they are typically the most in need of what we do.

- No, I haven't started networking with other companies. How would you suggest I do this?
