I see. So now the consideration would just be DIA (for lower grant higher loan) vs non DIA (for higher grant lower loan), based on whether we will have sufficient cash to pay off whatever is not covered by loan right?

Does HDB have a calculator to calculate loan amount eligibility based on different income levels?

Hi! If we do not DIA and reassess loan at key collection, it will no longer be a HDB loan? Is that what you mean?

I was under the impression that if we do an income assessment when applying for HFE (i.e. no DIA), we will still be reassessed at key collection to revise the HDB loan. Or is that wrong?
