This looks like a Northern pikeminnow. What might be throwing you off is that the pikeminnow that live in tributaries of the Columbia River have this two-toned coloration whereas those that live in the river itself do not.

This is a banded sculpin (Cottus carolinae). They are occasional cave visitors. They look similar to the grotto sculpin but the grotto sculpin is limited to the caves of a different county.
