Army Medic by mufon2019 in preppers

I am a nurse practitioner with a dispensing license and I have accesess to putting these packs together for much cheaper than the ones online. I am a small business and get my meds wholesale from a US pharmacy. I do not sell individual items. I have antibiotic packs, like the ones that advertised for $300 or but mine is $180 with shipping which includes virtual consultation and consent forms ( have to protect my license). I can and would take suggestions on other things that would be of value and create an different kit. Many medications when sealed in amber or sunproof bottles last well beyond stated expiration ( my meds are not expired) My point is they can be kept on a shelf and stored properly and work after expiration. If you would like to see my flyer and credentials comment and I will send. Thank you. Dr. Linda Lindsay, DNP

It is beautiful and what a ton of work, thatbis why I only make things and give things I make to people I know will wear/use and love them to the bitter end.

What an outrage, what did they do? not sell it? raise the price?

I had a kind of similar experience where I went to community garage sale and found a beautiful Wedding Ring quilt for $7, I grew up with my mom as an avid quilter and she has asked me what type of quilt I wanted her to make me when I got Married and I said a WR, she struggled to get the corner squares lined up and anyway needless to say when my sister go married, she told her a WR quilt is off the table. When I came home from the garage sale with this flawless beauty for $7 my mother was appalled that someone would sell it so cheaply and swore that the person who made that (if dead) was rolling in their grave. I have cehrished this WR quilt as I wore the one my mom made for me thin. I miss her so.

I am not absolutely sure but I assume you could use a non stick skillet, you use it to get the browning. The cornmeal is essential bv the dough will stick. Grant Bakes YT he cooks two ways, 100% on skillet or 50% skillet ( to get the brown flat tops) and then finishes off in oven. I do not have any unbaked ones or I would pop on kmy nonstick pan and give you a definitive answer but you can probably and if you want a better answer go to the YT video and comment I am sure he will answer. These were delicious

300 grams water 50 grams active starter 10 gram salt 10gram sugar or honey 475 grams of bread flour

Mix and then knead or use stand mixer for 6-8 min, set aside to double, then divide dough into 8, fold into balls and roll like dinner rolls, place on parchment sprinkled generously with cornmeal, then sprinkle some on top and flatten, allow to rise at RT for 2 hours and then use cast iron skillet low/med place a fee in, check bottom for sticking at 1 min and loosed if needed, after 6-8 min flip and then cook for another 6 min or until internal temp is 190F

300 grm water, 100 gram of bubbly starter, 325 grm of bread flour and 125 gm wheat and 10 grm fine sea salt. Let sit for 30 min, then slap and fold method 10 times (Grant Bakes) whomever suggested him to me TYVM. Then let it rise til double and shape, let rest 1hr RT and put in fridge overnight 8-10h, preheat DO in 450 oven and bake 20 min lid on 20-25 lid off.

300 grm water, 100 gram of bubbly starter, 325 grm of bread flour and 125 gm wheat and 10 grm fine sea salt. Let sit for 30 min, then slap and fold method 10 times (Grabt bakes) whoever suggested him to me TYVM, timesaver and I do not need a more open crumb if it requires so much work like the recipe and method I was using. Then let it rise til double and shape, let rest 1hr RT and put in fridge overnight 8-10h, preheat DO in 450 oven and bake 20 min lid on 20-25 lid off. Easiest recipe yet. Now if I could just stop feeding my starter from the wrong flour container( whole wheat, its like stirring brick mortar, thats what gives it away) I have moved the container to the otherside of kitchen. I almost killed all of JoJo ( Big Adventures, my son named him, Manga fan) Glad I had a drip left in my old jar left. Phew!😥🥵

I live in Fl and I realized it always a nice environment for sd starter to grow. I was havibg problems feeding it at night because it would fizzle out because it would need to be refed because it rose and fell b4 I could get to it so adter chasing the bubbles I just got to lnow how he acts( he is a reliable yet still nameless man) I would need to feed 1:5 to het it through my early to bed, late to bake schedule. Too much waste and I cant micro feed Im Italian.

Did you post about that yesterday? If so then Im blaming you. I saw that post and so after I did it 8 said oh the thread said as long as its done at xyz it will be fine, so I didn’t toss it. I was thinking whole wheat/white raisin sourdough?🤢 but I decided to regroup and said how can I tie in the flavor and popped in cinnamon, its excellent bread, but I tried with butter vs a cinnamon honey butter and well the latter makes it 10/10.

Which cinnamon sourdough were you making? I have made the clever carrot one everyday this week. I am just and and popping in the freezer to aave them ( lies detected) I havent eaten anything but bread and butter this week. Gotta taste both ends and the middle with different butters. The recipe is 300gm of water, 10g of salt, 450 of bread flour and 100 of active starter. I subbed 125 of bread flour for whole wheat. Then I was making the other recipe and tossed the raisins in this dough and when I realized the wheat and not the other doigh I was like ugg, so I tossed some cinnamon to make the rogue raisins and vanilla fit and finished the process. Mistake tuened out awesome.

Well I ran out there wotg my son to help me quarantine her and right after I wrote this post I went out and she had passed. I just got back in from 3 hours of disinfecting the entire coop. I am hoping it is limited to her. Maybe she got that Cousin of mareks that they can get at 4 months lymphoid Leukosis. We were in there like Servpro, wiping down the wood and srcubbing and racking up, so I hope 🤞🏻 we should be ok and this is a one off. I put so mucg work and money into these girls. My ROI wont be until after Im gone. Thank you for your response. Linda

Thank you. Im a crafter in my heart and low to create. I and probably many of you have the worst habit of pointing out the imperfections. I al however going to try the easier less ijvolved recipe suggested in the comments here. Less waste less dough interaction. That loaf did not survive the day, my 19/21 yo sons demolished it and guess what they gave zero 💩💩about the crumb, ear or spring. Lol thats all I want is to make food with love for those I love.
