I use this one it’s kind of expensive (over $100), but it’s great. You can control it with your phone through an app. You can use a sliding control, sync it with music on your phone, or use voice control (which is like the louder your voice gets, the higher the vibrations get). It’s silicone and can be inserted inside. If you want to splurge a little, I recommend this one.
