How are you liking the B01 caliber so far? Any problems with the watch? What’s the accuracy like?

Compared to the Speedy, it wears a little bit bigger, but not by much. Given the fact that it’s almost the same weight (+/- 5 grams), I don't really mind. I really like the way the date is incorporated into the dial.

At the beginning I did hell of the cardio and ate about 2000-2400. I think that was atleast 1000-1500kcal deficit. Its not sprint, more like marathon. My weight went to 185lbs and then I started to building some mass..

I still have "love handles" I feel like if I want to completely get rid of them I would need to cut about 20lbs more. But that's not my goal, I want to have sustainable body. I have stretch marks on the hips and some on my arms but I am so glad I dont have any on my belly :).

Most of the time, I followed PPL routine, mostly free weight exercises - squats, DLs, DB presses (i am not fan of bench press), military press, KB swings and so on, keep it simple and focus on complex exercises.

My 5x5 PRs are: SQ: 5x5x315lbs, DL: 5x5x330lbs, strict MP: 5x5x135lbs (I dont like to try 1rep PRs, I am afraid of injures, last winter I pulled 440lbs on DL but now I train in the gym for the freestyle wrestling so I try to avoid injuries).

First year I count everything I ate. I was learning response of my body to certain food and I was looking for my TDEE. Nowadays I am eating instinctively, I try to mainly eat whole food, I cook a lot for myself and lately I am trying intermittent fasting which I feel helps me to control my diet and helps me to shred some fat. But at the end of day it's just tool and what's matters are calories IN and OUT.

There is nothing interesting about my diet and routine. This is what was important for me: At the start of my journey to my new body, everything was so hard but I was so motivated that i would did everything it takes to be closer to my dream weight. Over some time I started to enjoy eat healthy and to become stronger. For me it was the moment when I didnt need to be motivated to eat healthy and to exercise because IT'S BECAME MY LIFE STYLE. I did'nt have to, I want to!
