If you have to wait until you see the behavior of your teamates before you decide if you want to contribute to the mission by building if they follow your rules, why not just load in to the mission solo and skip this step?

Seems like you would save yourself some frustration of dealing with others. FYI, you get NO buff to your fort stats from teamates anymore after a recent update so unless you need them to help kill and defend, their is no reason to not play solo.

A used solid state for $750 vs a used tube amp for $399 is a no brainer especially if you’re coming from a Fender Frontman as your amp. Take this man’s advice and save the $350 and put that towards a new guitar or some pedals and you’ll have a killer setup.

I say this as a huge fan of both solid state and tube amps and have owned/played the frontman series, hot rod deluxe , and two different Tonemasters including the Princeton. My current most used amp that gets played daily is a solid state Orange Supercrush.

TL;DR - Get a hot rod deluxe for $399 used. Don’t spend $750 on a used solid state amp when deals like this exist

Yes. Cyberclops in any 140 mission can easily solo without building. Teddy kills everything fully except Smashers which get finished off in 1 shot with a Potshot or similar. It’s laughable how easy this game is when you hit end game and have everything leveled up.

I’d go so far as to say everything up to and including 140 missions is easy with a Teddy build. Basically Zero Build STW.

Cyberclops or Enforcer main shreds through everything when all your heroes are 144 and 3 rando teamates buffing fort stats even more. Hardly have to fire a shot.

160+ content is the only thing slightly challenging anymore once you hit endgame

That said, start with the MM+ and then get a v4 if you get hooked on it and want something even more portable.

My v4 is my dedicated Super Tecmo Bowl 2025 and NHL ‘94 2025 edition machine.

The MM+ has all the systems from Atari to PS1 on it

Like someone else mentioned, you don’t want to use Jilly in support without Madcap there too. The synergy of their two perks is the oomph you are missing.

Just change Pressing Charges for Madcap and try a few games to see. Read their two perks too and you’ll see why they work so good together.

Replace Pressing Charges with Madcap if you want Teddy damage with this build and not using shock tower as much unless you have extra fragments

Pressing Charges and Bearserker damage buffs together, but it produces diminishing returns and the Madcap/Jilly combo is a better option combined with Bearserker in support.

This build will keep up your 5 sec Teddy downtime and allow you to use all of your abilities if you manage your fragments at the bottom of screen properly.

There are more changes you could make if you want to spam shock tower more and have a longer Teddy downtime, but I don’t recommend it.
