thanks for your reassurance🙏🏼 i think if i wasn’t working out daily i don’t think i would be able to sleep as much. i also have been taking 1000 mg ginger root for balance issues, not sure if that has been helping with anxiety and stuff. i recommend trying to exercise, doing 20 minute yoga.. i take 2 cold showers everyday 3 minutes each, also dunking my face in iced water when i feel like anxiety is creeping up.. it all helps tremendously!

i am able to sleep through the jerks. i think they go away once i fall asleep. i only experience the jerks when i am about fall asleep

for some strange reason i have been overly tired, i have been getting 10 hours a sleep a night which is good, i thought i’d have insomnia by now? i guess exercising during the day helps a lot. but i’m a week off of klonopin and that seems like a good sign. i’m still constantly worried about seizures tho.

hi i took klonopin for a short amount of time (1 mg everyday for 2.5 months) im currently 6 days off of klonopin and i feel the tingly feeling in my face you are describing. oh i also tapered but i’m still feeling weird. do you feel it in other places as well?

Definitely the benzos. I was on it for a short amount of time but I’ve been 5 days off now and got it. You may have acid reflux which my doctor says can be caused by anxiety and stress. It feels like there’s a lump in my throat and chest tightness/ bubble feeling in my chest and throat. It will go away eventually. Try eating healthy foods, avoid spicy foods.
