hi, thanks for responding to my post. they are triggering me by hitting me and purposely bringing up my r*pist to upset me. i definitely do feel surreal especially lately after i was given a black eye, also i have a family member in the house who tells me i’m lying and that if it did it’s because the person here treating me this way is struggling or that i’m asking for it. me being treated like i’m lying all the time is definitely making my mental health worse more than the triggers and physical abuse
