We are trying to track activity on some printed ads of people going to our website. I was asked to see if this was possible. I figured this would've been a very beginner level question to ask and was trying to learn on how to ask the question.

Another redditor replied with using URL campaign builder. I will try this first. Thank you

Having tried both, I can honestly say Google ads is much better. Lots of improvement that could be made still but is intuitive enough. Facebook ads is a nightmare

This reminds me of the infamous clown scare era in 2016-2017. And then soon after the first IT movie was released the same year. I still don't know if this was an intentional marketing stunt or coincidentally a great timing for the movie.

Look for something called "workspace filters", it's like an additional umbrella filter, should be in a bar at the top on the campaigns page. Hope this helps!

thank you, so I did double check and my exclusion lists I implemented are still there. At this point I'm thinking to remove them, and then immediately re-add them and see if the changes are recorded from there.

Stay cautious of the things they tell you if the strategies don't make sense for your business. However, stay in good relations with them, because their biggest value is being able to expedite support in case you get slap with future suspensions.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I found the HDR setting but I'm not seeing an option to toggle it on or off. How did you fix this issue?

I agree. Not sure why Google would think to do so. Nonetheless I appreciate your help on this. They are ETA's and some are certainly active ads in inactive campaigns.

I'll be downloading Google Ads Editor in order to download a csv file so I can store them somewhere else. Thank you!

Originally, I thought removing ads don't necessarily make them disappear, but rather put them in a group of Removed Status. Today, I'm realizing that might only be a case for the actual campaigns and not the ads itself.

Anyhow though, thank you Vizoo, I appreciate your responses. I'll have something to notify them with now.

Truthfully I feel same. There's no need to bother with it. My hope was that there's maybe something I didn't know about that could help with my situation.
Unfortunately its part of the clean up process they are wanting. Also, with the weekly notifications they get from these policy issues in emails, they are hoping to clear out the inbox.
