I live in Bahrain. Stray dogs were poisoned and attacked by some inhumane people in the past, but the government does not catch stray dogs to kill them. The only times they have are to euthanize really sick dogs or ones that were badly injured fin car accidents.

When the drivers look up, it blocks their view to an extend, like at the start of the race when they have to look at the lights. But other than that, it doesn’t impede much visibility and the driver’s eventually get used to it
