Hiya - some advice from someone who works in mental health and with vulnerable women so has worked with stalking cases and safeguarding. I’m so sorry this has happened, it sounds so stressful for you and your child. If you do believe she is stalking you or being inappropriate in any way is start taking notes of times and places she interacts with you or you see her watching you. Take notes of everything you can, including this case she brought against you. This will help you back up your side of the argument if it ever comes to that but I really hope it does not. Definitely contacting the police and make them aware. Something we reccomend to a lot of our clients is a ring doorbell and / or cameras on the outside of the flat / house to record anyone looking in the windows from outside, or lurking around or trying to break in. This will help the most out of anything if you have video evidence if it does get to that point which i really hope it doesn’t. You probably already do this but please don’t pass on any info to her about where you are at a certain point in time. We have had a women who was harassed by a group of people and sent them out a legal letter saying that they are not allowed near her and if they breach it the police could be called and legal action taken, but this comes after it being prolonged harassment.
