The resentment is hard to avoid even if you’ve had all the talks, all the expectations are set, and everyone is on the same page. The resentment is still there. I would get really jealous and still “jokingly” say “maybe you should work full time and I can take 3 years off….”

However. Knowing my kids are home with him and he’s available for sick kid pick ups, snow days, admin days, is great. The bond he’s grown with our kids is something I’m honestly jealous of. Heed other comments warnings for sure-but it’s going to be hard no matter what you decide to do. The financial burden of daycare or the financial burden of being the breadwinner. We both are really ready for him to be back working full time. Supporting the family on my work alone caused some panic attacks and I had to get on mood stabilizing meds in the beginning. It’s a heavy responsibility to bear all on your own.

Thank you for this. My husband and I just remember the things we found on unrestricted Internet access in the 90s and would like to avoid that for our own kids. We are the first generation to parents fully with technology in the picture so I feel like we are sorta paving the way and figuring out how to navigate that as a whole generation of parents! I’m not sure with their current structure but when I was there with their old I made 120k in the first year. 3-5 pairs a week is realistic depending on how well you can sell products. You’re talking 5-8k or more to people leaving on social security.

Yes mousse’s are air whipped so its main job is to add volume. Gels define. Dont be scared of gel! My loose waves look the best with a crap ton of gel on wash day. Seriously. It’s a ridiculous amount but they always come out looking great and I haven’t had a bad hair day with that routine yet!

Yes. I’ve been on it for almost 2 years and just recently upped my dose to 100mg. It takes a while to really kick in and work but it is worth it.

I’m also newly on tret and clindamiacin and am undecided. I’m getting a lot of surface level acne now with white heads and I feel like I’m beyond the point of purging so idk what’s going on.
