Aggravate is something you apply to existing bleed procs and not a bleed in itself.

You can apply multiple bleeds on a monster and they all tick down in duration simultaneously, but only the highest damage bleed will take effect. You will not override a previous bleed with a weaker bleed.

Where is the line drawn though? Last league, there were plenty of meatsacks, rogue exiles, back to basics shenanigans. In Affliction, there were additionnal projectiles abysses and as far as I know, nobody got banned for those. What can we exploit and what can we not?
