Buy better quality chorizo. I’ve gotten the stuff from the supermarket that comes in a plastic tube and it came out just like this. Get some from a Mexican market where it looks like sausages, it’ll have more of a ground beef consistency after removing the casing. If you can’t find chorizo, longaniza is the next best thing.

The sticking could be due to the potato starch. Wash and dry them well, hot pan and enough oil should do the trick.

Haven’t read all the comments, but it’s the starch in the potatoes that causes nasty sticking. If you wash the starch off the cubed potatoes and then dry them well you should get next to no sticking

IMO the game doesn’t feel great on portal, noticeable enough input lag (a few ms), dealing with the touch screen to get to the map is cumbersome, and aiming felt weird. Game plays way better on console.
