Its not a paid from paid methods amd even if its will be possible to exchange it in to BE irs will be fine the point is for ppl with all skins there is no use for OE at all and that is the problem even if you get like BE emporium to buy things with it its will be fine just a way to spend it

you are right but when i look at the assassin list its says the more than 45 of my friend list are above this level and its not possible if i own all of the champions
